INQRI Grantee Appointed to the National Advisory Council for AHRQ
Congratulations to Nancy E. Donaldson, D.N.Sc., R.N. on her appointment to the AHRQ's National Advisory Council. In addition to Dr. Donaldson, Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius appointed six additional new members in to the council in November 2009. The council helps determine priorities for a national health services research agenda and consists of 21 members from the private sector and seven ex-officio members from other federal health agencies. Dr. Donaldson is the director for the Center for Research and Innovation in Patient Care in the School of Nursing at the University of California, San Francisco. She recently participated in INQRI's "To Err is Human" blog series. Click here to read her blog post about her INQRI project.
